Module 3 covers the basics of reviewing a case, analyzing the medical records and report writing as a legal nurse consultant. Additionally, as a legal nurse consult it is imperative to have excellent report writing skills, therefore you will learn about legal and report writing. After which, you will have the opportunity to complete a sample medical record analysis of a personal injury case with the creation of your own narrative summary and billing analysis in the computer lab. Gentle feedback will be offered.

Each attendee is required to purchase Legal Nurse Consulting Principles and Practice 3rd Edition. There are two books. One is Principles and the second book is Practices.
