Dana Jolly, BSN, RN, LNCC

Ms. Jolly has a thriving, nation-wide legal consulting practice, Jolly Consulting, LLC. She advises both plaintiff and defense firms specializing in medical malpractice, personal injury, product liability and toxic torts. Ms. Jolly became board certified in legal nurse consulting in 2005.

After earning her bachelor of science in nursing from Clemson University, Ms. Jolly embarked upon a diverse clinical nursing career spanning twenty years. She is a frequent lecturer on medicolegal topics and has given presentations for a variety of professional groups including American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and Virginia Nurses’ Association. She is a published author. Her latest work as the lead author, "Evaluation of Surgical and Anesthesia Cases" is featured in the 3rd edition of Principles and Practice of Legal Nurse Consulting, the core curriculum for legal nurse consulting.

Ms. Jolly is active in the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants both on the national level and the local level having served on the national membership & nominating committees and as President of the Central Virginia Chapter. Ms. Jolly is involved in area business groups. She is currently a Director of the Richmond Women's Business Consortium.
